💰 3. Pricing & Payments

All prices shown are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes (if any).
Accepted payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Inside Dhaka & Sub-Areas.

• Advance Payment – Required for Outside Dhaka orders (delivery charge in advance).

• Mobile Banking – bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer (for prepaid orders).

⚠️ We reserve the right to cancel any order if incorrect pricing or fraudulent activity is detected.

🚚 4. Delivery Terms

We deliver across Bangladesh using trusted courier partners such as Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, and Sundarban Courier.

💳 5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

After placing an order:

• You will receive an SMS / Email confirmation.

• Orders not verified within 24 hours may be automatically canceled.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement — once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

🎁 6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The return is requested within 24 hours of delivery.
