• 🏡 Remote & Rural Areas (via our partner courier services)

⚠️ Some remote areas may take extra time or require additional charges depending on courier availability.

⏰ 2. Delivery Time

We always strive to ensure fast, smooth, and reliable delivery.
Here’s the estimated time after your order is confirmed:

🕒 Please note: delivery may take longer during weekends, national holidays, or festive seasons (Eid, Puja, New Year, etc.).

💸 3. Delivery Charges

🎁 Free delivery may be available during special promotions or when your order exceeds a certain amount.

For Outside Dhaka orders, the delivery charge must be paid in advance before the parcel is shipped.

• Orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be automatically canceled.

💵 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas in Bangladesh 🇧🇩.
Please make sure that:

• Your delivery address and contact number are correct.

• The receiver keeps the exact amount ready upon arrival.

💡 For large or customized orders, we may ask for partial advance payment before dispatch.

❌ 7. Failed Delivery

A delivery may fail if:

• The receiver is unavailable at delivery time.

In such cases, the parcel will return to us.
For re-delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.
