We maintain strict quality checks to ensure every product you receive is perfect.
However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, our Return & Refund Policy is here to help.


🛍️ 1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange if any of the following apply:
✅ You received a wrong product or wrong size.
✅ The product arrived damaged or defective.
✅ You received a different color or design than what was ordered.

⚠️ Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Beyond this period, we may not be able to accept return requests.


🎀 2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

  • The product should be returned in the same condition as received.

🚫 Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.

  • Discounted or “Sale” items (unless defective).

  • Custom-made or altered products.

  • Products used for photography or events and then returned.


💸 3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement based on your preference.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 working days after product inspection.

  • Refunds will be made via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer, depending on your chosen method.

⚠️ Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side (e.g., wrong item or defect).


🚚 4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your product:

2️⃣ Provide the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Reason for Return (with photo/video proof)

3️⃣ Our support team will review your request and provide the return address and next steps.

4️⃣ Send the item back to us via your preferred courier service.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other cases, the customer will cover the return courier charge.


💳 5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will happily replace your item with:

  • The same product in a different size or color, or

  • A different item of equal or higher value (you may need to pay the price difference).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


🔁 6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them — before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed after deduction of courier handling fees (if applicable).
